A practice that meets you where you are

From weekly classes to on-demand sessions, each offering is designed to support life's pace, whether it's fast, slow, or somewhere in between.

Group yoga

Breath-led classes held in person. These sessions are open to all levels – no experience needed. The focus is presence over performance. It’s a place to land, move with care, and leave feeling more centred.

Private Sessions

One-on-one sessions tailored to individual needs, whether it’s support with injuries, nervous system regulation, or a desire to explore practice in a more personal way. Sessions are quiet, focused, and built around where the student is, physically and emotionally.

Workshops & events

Held seasonally, these offerings go deeper. Expect a blend of yoga, ritual, and reflection – designed to align with natural rhythm (solstices, transitions, or seasonal shifts) and support connection to self and community.

On-demand library

Yoga that fits real life. For mornings that need movement or nights that call for stillness, the online library offers simple, breath-led sessions accessible anytime, anywhere – especially when getting into a studio just isn’t realistic.

Support beyond the mat

More than movement

Sangoma Yoga is about more than the shapes made on the mat. It’s a space to reconnect with the body, slow down the mind, and return to what matters.

Whether someone is navigating burnout, building a consistent practice, or coming back to themselves after a big life shift, the focus remains the same: simple, supportive practices that meet people where they are.

This includes offerings not always listed on the timetable, such as seasonal ceremonies, breathwork sessions, and  quiet spaces to land when everything else feels noisy.

Client Testimonials

I've never done yoga classes before and since joining have learnt so much and appreciate the positive impact it has on both my physical and mental well-being. It's been great to be challenged physically but to my own capacity and to have an instructor that genuinely encourages me to be better and to appreciate my own body and capability. It's a really positive class that leaves us refreshed in body and spirit. Ki is a fantastic and very motivating instructor and it's something I look forward to each week.

Sangoma Yoga is like coming home to yourself. It's my hour a week where I can reflect and let go of the busy week that's gone by and refocus on what matters most in life. The community of women is phenomenal and the instructor is extremely talented and passionate about nurturing me to draw what life lessons I need from yoga. This isn't just a yoga class, it's a transformative life journey I take with like-minded women.

There's something different about Sangoma Yoga. It's not about performing, it's about feeling...connecting. I leave class a little softer, a little steadier, and a lot more like myself.
