The body remembers how to return to balance – we just need to create space to listen.
Reconnect is a 6-week in-person experience that blends yogic practices, somatic movement, and intentional community. It’s not about self-optimisation. It’s about self-remembrance. We begin during the Winter solstice, a symbolic moment to turn inward, reset and realign.
