Breath-led classes held in person. These sessions are open to all levels – no experience needed. The focus is presence over performance. It’s a place to land, move with care, and leave feeling more centred.
One-on-one sessions tailored to individual needs, whether it’s support with injuries, nervous system regulation, or a desire to explore practice in a more personal way. Sessions are quiet, focused, and built around where the student is, physically and emotionally.

Whether someone is navigating burnout, building a consistent practice, or coming back to themselves after a big life shift, the focus remains the same: simple, supportive practices that meet people where they are.
